Kaitlyn Martin - Owner - Personal Trainer - Health Coach

My name is Kaitlyn and I am a Fitness & Wellness Coach, who loves helping & encouraging others to incorporate healthy habits through exercise, nourishment, and overall wellness. 

 At 21 I changed my lifestyle, started lifting weights, learning about healthy eating and then the new adventure of health and fitness began. With that I found a love for fitness and nutrition, which brought me to where I am today.

I went to the University of Central Florida, where I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. Go knights!!

I am also an ACE certified Personal trainer, & Health coach.

 My degree, several years of experience, and my own fitness journey has taught me how to guide others on their own fitness & wellness path.

Sara Kuhns - Personal Trainer

There is no better time than now to start your fitness journey.

I am an ACSM certified Personal trainer and hold a Bachelors of Exercise Science.

I am originally from Ohio, which is where I attended the University of Akron to obtain my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science-Strength & Conditioning.

My fiancé & I moved to Florida in the middle of the pandemic for work & that is when I started training here in Florida where I have had the opportunity to work with clients of all ages & backgrounds.

In my free time you can find me trying to entertain our mini Australian Shepherd, Obi. He definitely keeps us on our toes!

Rasheena Mansel -

Personal Trainer

My name is Rasheena, but I prefer to go by Sheena!

I am an ISSA Certfied Personal Trainer, clinical mental health counseling graduate student, and an NPC bikini competitor. 

My background is in volleyball, as I’ve played for most of my life, including college. I have lifted weights and been in the gym heavily for the last 8 years. I began bodybuilding in 2022 where I went pro with the WBFF. I recently switched over to the NPC to further reach my personal fitness goals.

Outside of fitness, I enjoy the outdoors and snuggling with my mini goldendoodle Oliver. I love to explore new hobbies, restaurants, and go on random solo adventures.

Health is not just physical, but also mental. My philosophy is taking care of both the mental and physical aspect to ensure optimal wellness.

Brittany Morley

Yoga Instructor & Group Fitness

Hi, I am Brittany

I am an RYT200 (Yoga teacher), a meditation & conscious living life coach, inferno pilates instructor, & I teach aerial yoga.

I hold 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, and HIIT (High intensity interval training) instructor. I am a former competitive athlete competing in bikini competitions, mud runs such as tough mudder, and savage race.

As you can see I love multiple forms of fitness and started this journey at the age of 17; I weighed 220 pounds which led me to make the change for the better.

Through much trail and error, I found my self loving the process of becoming healthy & learning to implement conscious habits that I still practice today. Within this self discovery, I have found a passion for helping others learn to love their journey too.

When I am not training/ teaching you can find me somewhere in the woods with my partner, our kids, and the pup, on the beach, in the garden, or hey maybe just reading a good book.
